Lily H. Tuzroyluke
Lily H. Tuzroyluke is an Indigenous writer, author of Sivulliq: Ancestor.
Lily’s father was full-blooded Inupiaq from Point Hope, Alaska. Lily’s mother originates from Klukwan and Kincolith, British Columbia. Her Tlingit name is Koo’kwa, a clan name of the Dakl’aweidi Keet Gooshi Hit.
Lily is mother to two children, a former foster parent and legal guardian to her nephew, studies at the University of Alaska Fairbanks as a graduate student, and living sober life since 2002. She formerly worked in Tribal Government at Skagway Traditional Council and the Native Village of Point Hope. Lily now resides in Anchorage, Alaska.
